With nearly two decades of dedicated experience, Dr. Flavia Goncalves is a compassionate and highly skilled board-certified periodontist who truly puts her patients’ comfort and well-being first. Originally trained in Brazil, Dr. Goncalves sought to deepen her expertise through advanced postgraduate education in the United States. Here she completed a two-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the University of Connecticut Health Center, followed by an intensive three-year residency in periodontics and implant dentistry at Nova Southeastern University in Florida, where she also earned her specialty degree.

Since beginning her practice in Florida in 2006, Dr. Goncalves has earned a reputation for her gentle bedside manner, warm, supportive approach, and unwavering commitment to patient-centered care.
