What Can I Expect On My First Visit?
Welcome!
We’re thrilled you’re planning your first visit to Cameron Dental Studio! When you arrive, we’ll greet you at the front desk and help you find a seat in our reception room. If you haven’t yet filled out our New Patient Form, we’ll have you fill it out at this time. (Please arrive about 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself time to complete this.)
Then, we’ll call you back to your exam room, where we have a TV for you to watch whatever you like. We’ll take any necessary x-rays, and then you’ll meet your dentist. You’ll get a complete examination of your teeth, gums, and oral tissues. If there are any concerns, we’ll explain them to you and present all treatment options. Afterward, we’ll give your teeth a good cleaning! The exam should take less than an hour.
When your exam and cleaning are finished, we’ll take you back to the reception area. If indicated, our treatment coordinator will share your treatment plan with you and schedule a follow-up visit. We’re often able to schedule your treatment for that same day!
